Route 7: Fethiye - Dalyan - Fethiye 

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkment on the yacht in Fethiye. With a welcome cocktail, you will get to know the crew and your fellow travelers. In Fethiye you can make a walk to the Lycian rock caves or ancient Telmessos. Overnight stay in the port of Fethiye.

2nd Day:
Cast off after breakfast! We will visit the dream beach of Ölüdeniz, which one can admire on nearly every postcard from Turkey. You will see that the reality is equal to the photos in every respect. Here you have, among others the opportunity to enjoy the unique panorama on a paragliding flight. For this purpose, you drive with a Jeep on the mountain Babadağı which is 1969 metres high. Here you will get a thorough introduction and then you can enjoy the fascinating view with an experienced pilot in a Tandem flight, that lasts about 30-40 minutes.

For drinking coffe we anchor in front of the  of St. Nicholas island. On the island there are several remains of a medieval town, which you can explore on your own. Four large churches and a gallery passage that connects the Summit Church St.Nicholaus with the Eastern Church, are the outstanding ruins. In addition to the settlements, the grave monuments, cisterns and granaries build definable assemblies. The buildings are dated mostly on the 5th to 6 Century AD. Furthermore you have in the bay the opportunity to try out a variety of water activities.

3rd Day:
After breakfast, we drive to a bay where you can swim, snorkel and relax. After lunch we will travel to the natural harbor of Aga, where you can take a small island hike. The charming bay is also the scenery for dinner.

4th Day

Today, we will start very early before sunrise so that we arrive for breakfast in a bay near Ekincik.

Today you have the possibility to make a day trip to Dalyan and Kaunos. You will be picked up with a small excursion boat and the way will lead through the dense reed belt of the estuary of the Dalyan. The ruins of Kaunos are not yet fully laid open. Kaunos was a port city, where dried fish, salt, resin and slaves were traded. Because of the mud deposits of the River Dalyan (antique Kalbis)  the access to the sea was lost gradually and thus the importance of the city. Especially the rock graves with ornate facades are worth a visit (4.century BC). From the Acropolis to which the footpath leads steeply upwards, you will have a wonderful view over the beautiful river landscape with the village Dalyanköy. Then you pass the Lycian rock caves, up the river. The route leads to the freshwater see Koycegiz Gölü, where you can take a sulfur bath in the thermal bath Sultaniye or near Rizaçavus a mud bath, which is attributed to have a rejuvenating effect. Even a visit to a sheltered beach where the Caretta Caretta turtle lays her eggs, is planned. In the evening you will come back on board, where the crew has already prepared a large barbecue.

5th Day:

Today we continue to the 12 islands in the bay of  Gocek. Here we have the opportunity to refresh the soul in countless fantastically situated bays. Relax while swimming, snorkeling and enjoy the time far away from the stress at home. First, we will visit the Tersane Island, and then you can admire the magnificent scenery of the Cleopatra bath (Batikhammam). Here we will spend the night.

6th Day:
After breakfast we will sail to the Bedri Rahmi Bay, where you can visit  several rock caves during a short walk. Those still seeking adventure today can go for a rafting trip on the Dalaman River (+/- 40 € p.p.) (Minimum age:17 years).

We will spend the night in one of the beautiful bays.

7th Day:

Today, we will around noon return to the port of Fethiye. From here you can make a trip to the Saklikent canyon as well as to Xanthos (+ / - 35 € pp). Back in Fethiye the visit of a Turkish hammam is possible. For men the visit of a Turkish barber is an absolute must.

8th Day:

A last breakfast on board, before it is time to say good bye to the crew. Transfer to the airport of Dalaman.
